Tour Reservation & Payment:


  • Based on the tour selected, a minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required for reservation.
  • Based on the tour, balance payment is due no later than 50 days prior to the tour departure date. Failure to comply with the deposit and balance payment requirements may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
  • Payment can be made by company or personal check, money order or wire transfer. Please make the payment payable to "Sunshine Travel USA".
  • Visa, Master and American Express credit cards for other than selected flights, travel insurance, China cell phone rentals will be charged additional 4% handling fee. A signed credit card authorization form (provided by us) is required for all credit card payments. Only USA issued credit card is accepted.

Cancellation and Refund:


Cancellation charge will be incurred if participants cancel a confirmed tour within the following periods:
  • 50-20 days before departure.......................................10% of tour cost
  • 19-14 days before departure.......................................30% of tour cost
  • 13-04 days before departure.......................................60% of tour cost
  • Cancellation within 3 days........................................100% of tour cost

Service fee for any change or amendment to already confirmed tour 29 days before departure: $100 per booking.

We will offer 100% refund for any confirmed service you did not receive on tour due to our mistake or error in work.

Tour deposit is nonrefundable. No refund will be made for any portion of the tour unused because of a cancellation or change made by participants themselves while the tour is in progress.


Travel Kit:


The travel kit contains a set of city map/guide for each visiting city, tour reservation confirmation, tour itinerary with detailed flight/train schedule, local contact/hotel information, general China travel guideline/tips and luggage tags.


Responsibility:


  • All tours in China and Hong Kong are handled by China International Travel Service (CITS), China Travel Service, (CTS) or other authorized travel agencies, who reserve the right to change and readjust the tour schedule, transportation, hotel accommodation and services indicated in the brochure in the event of unforeseen circumstance. Tour itineraries and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We strongly recommend tour participants to purchase travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances before or during the trip. Travel insurance can be arrange either through our company or individually.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the tour prices at any time should there be any fluctuation in the exchange rate or increases in the cost of any portion of the tour.
  • China & Asia Travel Service acts in the capacity of tour operator only for clients in making all tour arrangements in China and Asia. All coupons, receipts and tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the suppliers. China & Asia Travel Service shall be exempt from any liability for loss, damage to property, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrence beyond its control. Should there be any change of arrival/departure time and the entry/exit transportation used by the tour, China & Asia Travel Service shall not held responsibility for the loss caused thereof.
